Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:
✔️ Unworn and unused
✔️ Free of any scent (including perfume)
✔️ In its original packaging with tags attached
✔️ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@annayah.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

➡️ Returns must be sent using tracked delivery.
Once shipped, kindly share the tracking number with us.

Refunds

All approved returns are refunded as store credit for the full item amount.

🚚 Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
