Our Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. All approved returns are issued as store credit, unless the item arrives damaged or defective through our error — in which case a full refund to the original payment method will be provided.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
☆ Requested within 14 days of delivery date ☆ Item is completely unworn and unused ☆ Original tags are still attached ☆ Free of any scent, perfume, or odor ☆ In original packaging with all components included ☆ Proof of purchase provided
Items that do not meet every condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@annayah.com within 14 days of delivery with:
☆ Your order number ☆ Reason for return ☆ Photos of the item in its current condition
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide return instructions if approved.
Returns must be sent using tracked delivery. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking confirmation.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. Color exchanges are not available. If your requested size is out of stock at the time of return, we will issue store credit instead.
To request an exchange, email info@annayah.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@annayah.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be processed.
Verified damaged or defective items will receive a replacement or full refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional period are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credit available on sale items under any circumstances.
Important
We photograph and inspect every item before dispatch. Items returned in a condition different from how they were sent — worn, washed, scented, or damaged — will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.
